SHAHSONS emerged in 1926 as a reconditioning workshop with the aim of being a professional manufacturer of specialized engine components and high quality precision parts.
In the course of time we have established ourselves as a Specialist Manufactures and Refurbishment Service Company for White Metal lined Bearings and Sealing components. All types of White Metal lined components can be manufactured or repaired for industries such as Hydrocarbon processing, Power Generation, Turbo-machinery, Steel rolling Mills and Power transmission. We offer various services but our specialization is more towards Babbitt Bearing repair services (Re-Babbiting) along with shaft rebuilding. Engine Overhauling, Maintenance and Repairing is yet another expertise of our Company. To support this segment of business we established Piston Rings, Valve Guides and Valve Seat Inserts Manufacturing unit in 1965.
In 1980 SHAHSONS was established and registered as a company. Presently it is one of the leading engine part manufacturers in Pakistan focusing on Engine Bearings, Bushing and Thrust Washers. The high quality components and services offered by SHAHSONS have enabled key contracts to be won and sole supplier status to be established in some instances. With decades of experience in the manufacturing of high precision Engine Components we stepped into Ferrous and Non Ferrous Casting / Machining of OEM Parts which are being supplied to the entire satisfaction of our valued customers.
Our company is competent in developing and designing capability. We have a tradition of continuous engineering innovations and apply a precise production process to create higher value for customers. The main strength of SHAHSONS is its experienced technical management group which enhances the ability to manufacture products to the specifications of individual customers in in the shortest lead-time as per drawings or prototypes.
We have also passed the certification of ISO 9001 Quality System Standard. SHAHSONS has registered itself as a permanent member of PAAPAM society, in order to reach more customers, and make it easier for our customers to find us.
